The Project
In a team of 3 we entered a contest from SP Cine called KO HQ 2, where we were tasked with coming up with mobile game ideas for brazilizan made comic books. We were selected as finalists and we were tasked with making a prototype in 1 month to present to a board of judges and pitch the game.
In the project, we worked closely with Debora Kamogawa, the creator of the comic book, so we stayed faithfull to the source material. I was tasked with designing the systems of the game as well as the level and the progression. I also had to plan how the game’s progression would work and how we would monetize it for the pitch.
